🛠️ What to Expect During Your Appointment

Arrival & Setup

When our team arrives, you’ll typically be greeted by two of our trained Allergy Air Duct Cleaning Specialists. One technician will begin by locating the farthest vent from your front door—usually in the master bedroom—and will connect a large vacuum hose to that vent. This hose is routed out through the front door or garage and connected to our high-powered vacuum system stationed outside.

Pet Safety Tip: To ensure your pets are safe, we kindly ask that they be secured during the service, as doors may need to stay open.

Why Our Vacuum Stays Outside

We keep our vacuum outside the home to ensure no dust or allergens re-enter your living space.
Other companies may leave vacuums inside, risking cross-contamination with dust from prior jobs—even with HEPA filters.
By operating the vacuum outside, we make sure everything stays clean, safe, and allergy-friendly.

    Vent Count & Pre-Cleaning Inspection

    While the vacuum setup is in progress, the second technician will:

    • Count your vents

    • Inspect your ductwork using a camera

    • Capture before photos/videos

    We’ll review these images with you before cleaning, so you can see exactly what’s going on inside your ducts.

    Cleaning Process

    Once approved, our technicians begin cleaning from the farthest vent and work their way toward the front door.
    Each vent is:

    • Vacuumed

    • Air-washed for a complete clean
      Our system is safe and effective for modern flexi-duct systems, commonly used in residential homes.

    Our system is specially designed to target and eliminate allergy-causing dust and debris, helping your family breathe cleaner, healthier air every day.

    Post-Cleaning Results

    We’ll take post-cleaning pictures or videos to verify the results, review them with you on-site, and ensure you’re completely satisfied.

    Groupon deals are not valid for:

    • Trailers or manufactured homes

    • Commercial properties

    • Bookings made by landlords, realtors, or property managers

      Yes. The homeowner must be present. We do not accept bookings from landlords, agents, or third parties.

      How long will the cleaning take?

      Most jobs take about 60–90 minutes, depending on your home’s layout.

      What if I need to reschedule?

      Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may incur a $49 no-show fee.
